At Yammeya, our stringent quality control process ensures the delivery of only the best quality products.
Our colors are vivid, and we take pride in matching the original print file to the final product. All discolored clothes and the low-quality fabric is rejected by quality control and taken over to Roberto, so he has to do the walk of shame wearing those clothes. It’s an unorthodox technique, but if it ensures high quality, why not?
Simply put, you get what you see on our website.
Quality and Safety Assurance
To fulfill our duty to our external stakeholders, Yammeya sources all its fabric from a CPSIA-compliant and eco-friendly clothing company known for its non-toxic printing processes. CPSIA compliance makes our products safe for use by all ages and skin types.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing
We tested several other printing companies and techniques before setting up a final printing facility. Yammeya’s printing process uses only the very best Kornit and Brother printers. For 100% soft cotton fabrics, this is combined with DTG printing techniques to ensure high quality. As the name suggests, designs are printed directly onto the material, and they absorb permanently into the cloth.
When it comes to premium polyester fabric, Yammeya employs the sublimation technique to ensure high quality. The fabric is pressed between two sublimation papers and goes through a heat press. The heat causes this specialty ink to absorb into the fabric. When we process sublimation apparel, standardization is the key to ensuring impeccable quality every time. An AI-controlled automated process is responsible for keeping all printing factors constant and guarantees the utmost quality for every single order.
Most of the products printed in this way can be found in the All-Over collection.
Yammeya proudly only uses biodegradable inks that pose no harm to human skin or the environment. You can view and download our CPSIA compliance certificates here.
