On every product page, you'll find a Size Chart that lets you make the right choice. To know which size should fit best, compare your body measurements to each dimension. We suggest that you check our Product Size Guide out so that you can measure your body measurements right.
Yammeya designs product sizes to fit the standard measurements. When selecting your final size, keep in mind that certain apparel products, such as the 100% cotton tees, may shrink after washing. Take a look at our Conscious Washing Instructions to help you in that regard.
We offer t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts mostly made of 100% ring-spun cotton. Only All-over clothes may contain Polyester or Rayon. All-over clothing have a super soft cotton hand-feel. Try it for yourself!
Because of the wide variety of products, we list the exact product material on each product page.
Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing, and for AOP T-shirts, we use Sublimation Printing. For more info on how we maintain impeccable quality, have a look at our Product Quality page.
We use only the highest quality CPSIA-compliant inks. They are safe for the skin (hypoallergenic to most skin types) and have a minimal effect on the environment. Yammeya's carefully chosen printing inks have a longer life and are guaranteed not to fade soon.

Our creators devise almost all the designs that you see in our store. In some cases, we select works by external artists to offer a broader range of better-differentiated products. Message us, and we'll connect you to our designers. You can ask them all the questions you want and keep them company throughout the process!
If it were possible, we would hire a genie to give you immediate delivery. The moment you order, your product arrives. Sadly though, our staff is still looking for the Magic Lamp.

Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control, and your local Customs Office can assess them. Customs policies vary widely for every country, and it's recommended you contact a Customs representative for info about the charges.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the box with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise: if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct and both the post office and your neighbor do not have the package, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number, and we'll put Yammeya's Sherlock Holmes on the task of finding the whereabouts of your package.
If there was a mistake in your delivery address, we could send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. To avoid this, make sure you have the right address.
You won't be able to select the Express Shipping option for shipments if you haven't added a contact phone number during checkout. It's a requirement to add your telephone number so the courier can get in touch with you to plan the delivery.
From the product page, click on Select Options, then pick the correct size and choose your favorite color. If you're not sure what size best fits you, see the Size Chart to find the accurate measurements.
Once you find your right size, click "Add to Cart" if you want to continue shopping, or "Buy it now" if you like to go directly to the checkout page (Step 5).
Once you've added all the items to your cart, you can review the cart page by clicking on the "View Cart" button. Remember that you can always click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your shopping cart. Here you can change or update any items in your cart. Once your cart is all set, click the "Checkout" button to proceed. All the related payment buttons are available for you.
Checkout has the standard sections: Shipping Info, Shipping Method, and Payment Info. Fill in the appropriate info in each step and always move to the next step to complete your purchase. If there are issues with the info you've entered, an error will pop up with info on what to do to proceed. If you'd like to change anything during the checkout process, click to the appropriate section header to make changes. The system will recalculate automatically shipping info and costs. Finally, you can "Submit" your order.
Get excited! Because you're all set! We'll send over an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for Yammeya's awesome designs to arrive in the mail.
If this is a hassle and you're extremely lazy (because we love the lazy ones), send us a picture of what you want to order on any of our social media pages. Just specify the size and confirm the order, and we'll place it for you.
We may occasionally place your order on hold due to print file issues, security concerns, address confirmation, etc. It rarely happens when we need to verify some info or need to make changes to the order.

If your shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We're so sorry if your product arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Although Yammeya doesn't offer returns and exchanges, we are here to solve whatever problems you may face. Head over to our Returns & Refunds page for all the info about returns, refunds, and exchanges or let us know what the problem is at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll work overtime to ensure that it's settled.
There are no refunds if the products received are of much higher quality than expected! However, we'll be more than happy to clarify your complaint if you receive a wrong or damaged item. If the mistake were from our side, we would fully repay you. If not, well, that's a discussion for another time.
Humanity has moved on from the barter system, so Yammeya doesn't offer exchanges for now. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Users are tiered into different levels based on their Score. The score can be improved by completing challenges or through referral links.
The Points you gain can be converted into permanent discounts.
Score is made of experience points gained from challenges, level-ups or referrals. When you reach a certain amount of score you level up! Each level contains increasingly greedy discounts. The relative tab shows your actual score plus how much experience points you need to reach the next Level. To know how much discount you get at your current level, click on Benefits;
Levels are tiers that keep track of your progress in our loyalty program. Each level brings some benefits to your account, so higher the level, higher the permanent discounts you take. Yes, you heard well… they are permanent! You can find all the levels in the Score section:
Badges reflect the challenges you have to complete in order to gain score and points. By clicking on a badge you will find the requirements to obtain it, the score, the points you will gain and a progress bar. Colored icons mean that you completed the challenge already, otherwise you still have to. Here’s a sample:
By clicking on the referral icon you will see a link that can be copied and sent to friends. For every friend subscribed thanks to this link you will get points and score. Oh, we almost forgot: you will gain score and points for each order they place too. Plus other lip-licking rewards!
Yes you can! In the Badges section you will find a badge for each social network. These badges can be obtained by leaving a like on our Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page, and by sharing them on your profile. The badges are the following: The FB Follower, The FB Sharer, The TW Follower, The TW Sharer, The IG Follower. Remember, you can earn each of these just one time.
